Hot Align

Hot Align is designed to align mind and body through a thoughtful blend of strength, flexibility, mobility, and breath. This beginner-friendly class incorporates foundational yoga postures with intentional pauses for breathwork and rest, helping you cultivate balance, posture, and awareness both on and off the mat. Moving at a slower pace with longer holds, Hot Align offers a steady and supportive environment to build confidence in the heat while improving overall strength, focus, and alignment. There is also plenty of opportunity to deepen postures for more experienced students, making this class accessible and rewarding for all levels.

Hot Flow

Known as Vinyasa in traditional terms, this class embodies a dynamic flow of movement, characterized by seamless transitions between postures. Each movement is synchronized with the breath, fostering a sense of fluidity and connection throughout the practice. While adhering to our therapeutic structure, the sequence may vary slightly from class to class, influenced by the unique teaching style of each instructor. The class unfolds progressively, with each posture serving to prepare the body for the next. At its core, the Sun Salutation forms the backbone of the class, laying the groundwork for the rhythmic flow and movement. Having some knowledge of yoga postures and alignment principles is helpful when beginning this style. It is not; however, out of the question for beginners, but very much depends on the individual and their fitness level.

Hot Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia—through long, passive holds. Poses are typically held for 2–5 minutes, allowing the muscles to relax so the body can gently release tension and increase mobility.

This practice invites stillness, patience, and mindfulness, helping to calm the nervous system and create balance for the more active, “yang” styles of yoga. With the support of props and a focus on breath, Yin provides space to turn inward, cultivate awareness, and restore both body and mind.

Accessible to all levels, Yin is the perfect complement to more dynamic practices like Hot Flow or Hot Align, leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply renewed.
